Esra Arslan Duman, one of the lawyers of Duman Law Firm, was born in Alanya. She completed her high school education at Hasan Çolak Anatolian High School. She graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Political Science and International Relations in 2013 with the first place. She then received a Master's degree from Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and International Relations. She graduated from Fatih Sultan Mehmet University Faculty of Law in 2022 with the second place in the department. She is currently working at Duman Law Firm to provide consultancy, mediation and advocacy services for domestic and foreign clients.
Esra Arslan Duman won the first place in the writing competition themed "My Country, My City, My Neighborhood" jointly organized by Kavaklıderem Association-Aydın Association, and "How to Reduce Poverty in a Free Society?" organized by the Liberal Thought Community. She won the second place in the article competition on the theme of "Samiha Ayverdi" organized by the Turkish Women's Cultural Association.
